Services may include evaluation of visible foundations, framing, connections, cracking, movement, deterioration, construction concerns, and reported damage; review of available plans, calculations, geotechnical reports, deferred submittals, and multidisciplinary documents; practical repair recommendations; and technical letters or engineering reports. Independent QA/QC and peer-review services address code compliance, life safety, constructability, document coordination, jurisdictional comments, and owner’s-engineer support. Each evaluation is tailored to the agreed scope and identifies when additional testing, destructive exploration, or specialty consultation may be warranted.
