Firm Experience & Technical Basis
J Hanna Engineering is led by a multi-state licensed Professional Engineer with approximately 24 years of progressive civil and structural engineering experience, including more than 12 years of engineering leadership and project-management experience.
The firm has extensive experience reviewing, coordinating, and preparing construction documents for residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and site-development projects. Services are performed with attention to life safety, code compliance, constructability, permitting requirements, and practical project delivery.
Each assignment requires written authorization. Capacity plans generally begin with a three- or six-month commitment. Up to 25% of unused hours may roll into the following month for continuing, similar work. Additional hours and Engineer-of-Record or sealing services require written scope.

Plans establish reserved monthly engineering capacity. Final scope and service requirements are confirmed through a project-specific SOW or written work authorization.
Project / Expanded Support — 80+ Hours
Custom capacity for larger assignments, accelerated schedules, or temporary workload surges. Scope and capacity are tailored through a project-specific SOW.
Signing and sealing services are provided only when appropriate under responsible charge and are separately authorized in writing.
